Your oral health is vital to your overall health, yet we understand that many of our patients are not able to receive the dental treatment they need without insurance. To assist our patients in overcoming this problem, we are excited to offer a helpful alternative called the Dental Wellness Savings Program.
Our Dental Wellness Savings Program is designed to provide affordability and greater access to quality dental care. It is not dental insurance, but we happen to think it’s even better!
Program Details
Members of our Dental Wellness Savings Program enjoy the following benefits at our office:
- Immediate Eligibility (no waiting periods)
- Discounts on ALL dental treatments
- No Yearly Maximums
- No Deductibles
- No Claim Submittal Forms
- Complimentary Preventive Services (hygiene appointments, dental exams, digital images, etc.)
Investment
The benefit premium to enroll in the Dental Wellness Savings Program is just $450 for a single membership or $850 for a dual membership. Each additional membership is $450. Once enrolled, your membership is valid for 365 days.
A dual membership is intended for parent/child, spouses, or cohabitants of the same physical address.
Members of the Dental Wellness Savings Program enjoy a 100% discount on all preventive services, including:
- Periodic Exams (2 per year)
- Digital Images (x-rays)
- Cleanings (2 per year)
- VELscope Oral Cancer Screening (1 per year)
- Fluoride Treatments (2 per year)
In addition, members also enjoy discounts on all services at our office for crowns, fillings, dental implants, professional whitening, and periodontal therapy, just to name a few!
How to Enroll
To enroll in the Dental Wellness Savings Program, just let us know in your appointment notes that you are interested in enrolling. Your enrollment will be completed at your scheduled appointment.
