All I can say is that I have never experienced such a wonderful dental office. I’ve only lived in Richmond 6 months and my first visit I felt like a child because I was so anxious. The decor of the office calmed me down and the staff was very welcoming. They explained everything to me from start to finish and you can tell a lot of thought was put into this office to make it what a patient would need/want. You can’t pay me to go anywhere else!
I just started going here, and I am absolutely thrilled to have found this practice. The waiting room decor is modern and nice and the exam rooms have massaging chairs and individual TV’s. That aside, the staff and doctors are absolutely wonderful! I recommend this practice to anyone and everyone who will listen!

It’s always a great experience with Dr. Adler, she is extremely friendly and detailed during my visits. Going to the dentist isn’t always on the top of everyone’s list but the staff at Dr. Rusnak’s is wonderful and makes you feel welcomed at every visit.

I doubt there is much more this office could do to make patients feel relaxed and welcome. I absolutely adore how attentive my doctor is during my visits. The staff shows a genuine level of concern for the well-being and long term outlook of my dental health. It is so very obvious how much the staff love their jobs and helping their patients. For me personally, I don’t feel there are enough adjectives to describe how good I feel coming to their offices, even when I am in pain.

I am very satisfied with the care I received at your dental practice. I was afraid it wouldn’t live up to the hype (because there were so many good reviews), but I was not disappointed! The administrative aspects were seamless, and the examination was thorough and responsive to my needs. My hygienist was outstanding. They even have a dedicated billing employee who immediately provides the cost for services based on each patient’s insurance.

I have been a patient here for over 6 years and I will never go anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they go above and beyond to make even the most nervous patient (me) comfortable. Dr. Rusnak and his staff truly care about all of their patients as well as the Richmond community by participating in a variety of charity events. If you are looking for a dentist then look no further because this is as good as it gets!
